COURSE OBJECTIVES
The subject is methodological and addresses the issues of economic and organizational design in various areas of business. Particular attention should be paid to the problem of multiple evaluation options for solutions.

3.  Fundamentals of design methodology and economic organization.
4. Methods for evaluation of investment projects:
• static methods,
• the dynamic method.
5. Forecasting in the company:
• the essence of the process of forecasting.
6. The risk in the design process:
• the essence of risk,
• classification of risk,
• methods of risk assessment.
