General methodology of teaching

COURSE OBJECTIVES:

Being a teacher is not a easy job. The main objective of this course is familiarize the future teachers with the modern methods of teaching that means providing them with the tools to practice the profession.

COURSE CONTENT:

• What are methods of teaching?
• What kind of methods do we have?
• Which methods should we use and which we should avoid?
• Which methods are the most suitable for the primary?
• Which methods are the most suitable for the primary pupils?
• Which methods are the most suitable for the secondary pupils?
• Which methods are the most suitable for the further education students?
• Which methods are the most suitable for the higher education students?

ASSESSMENT:

• Essay: What is my favorite method of teaching and why?
